The lightsaber Darth Vader wielded in "The Empire Strikes Back" when he reveals his identity to Luke Skywalker is heading to auction at Heritage Auctions next month, with an expected price of at least $1 million.
The prop was also used in "Return of the Jedi." It is one of more than two dozen lightsabers from the Star Wars universe going under the hammer. The broader auction spans props from Episodes I through IX, as well as other films and TV shows from George Lucas's franchise.
